Salah sets new Premier League record with 10 consecutive goal contributions

Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah continued his incredible run of form on Sunday, becoming the first player in Premier League history to score or assist in 10 consecutive matches.

The Egyptian star helped the Reds to a 3-0 win over Aston Villa at Anfield, scoring once and setting up another goal.

Salah’s goal came in the 55th minute, when he fired home from close range after being set up by Luis Diaz. He had earlier provided the assist for Dominic Solanke’s opener in the third minute.

The victory moves Liverpool up to third in the Premier League table, two points behind leaders Manchester City.

Salah’s record-breaking run has seen him score five goals and provide seven assists in his last 10 matches for Liverpool.

The 31-year-old has now scored 150 goals in all competitions for the Reds since joining the club in 2017.

Salah’s record-breaking run is a testament to his incredible talent and consistency. He is arguably the best player in the world at the moment, and his form is a major reason why Liverpool are one of the favorites to win the Premier League title this season.

The Egyptian’s goalscoring record is particularly impressive. He has now scored 20 goals in 21 appearances for Liverpool in all competitions this season.

Salah’s form has also been a boost for Egypt, who are currently top of their World Cup qualifying group. He has scored eight goals in seven qualifiers for his country.
