Speculation about Salah’s transfer to the Saudi Arabian league has been circulating during this summer transfer window, fueled by his outstanding performances in the English Premier League with Liverpool. Initially, Salah expressed his desire to continue with Liverpool at the beginning of the transfer market. However the Egyptian national team captain has demonstrated flexibility in considering an opportunity to join the Saudi club.

Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport revealed that Al Ittihad Jeddah is prepared to offer a whopping €100 million to secure Salah’s services. Liverpool, in principle, has welcomed the offer from the Saudi club. It is worth noting that Salah is under contract with Liverpool until the summer of 2025, and just last week, Liverpool’s manager Jurgen Klopp stated that there is no intention of letting go of their Egyptian star.

In another notable development it is interesting to mention that Al Ittihad Jeddah boasts an impressive squad, including players such as Karim Benzema, Fabinho, N’Golo Kanté, and Diogo Jota.
